Due to the nature of the products, all sales are 100% final and there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.

  • Standard Shippingis either USPS First-Class Mail for small packages (2-5 Business Days), USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) or UPS 3 Day Select, whichever option is best to receive your package in 3 days-based on your address.
  • Express Shippingis either USPS Priority Mail Express (Next-Day to 2-Day) or UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day by 3pm or 4:30pm), whichever is best to receive your package the soonest-based on your address.

    • ALL wig orders and ALL orders over $100 total will be signature required for delivery.

    These are the terms and conditions as it relates to placing an order with Beauty By Burrh LLC*

    *in addition to/not replacing store's: terms of service, privacy policy, refund policy, shipping policy and contact information

     

    Hair Orders

    • Each item is made to order unless labeled as "Ready to Ship".
    • Processing time is 3-5 business days.
    • Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include holidays or weekends.
    • Please allow 10-21 business days after processing for your hair order to be fulfilled.
    • During sales and holiday periods, order processing time is extended 1-5 business days.
    • In order to help protect your orders, all hair orders will be signature required and include shipping insurance. ANY issues with delivery & shipping AFTER fulfillment is the responsibility of you (the buyer) and needs to be directed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). Beauty By Burrh LLC is not responsible for packages after drop off to the carrier.
    • Please make note of processing times for hair and nail orders. Once confirmed, combination orders cannot be separated and WILL be shipped together, once all items in the order are ready.
    • There are NO refunds on any orders.
    • If there are any errors in your order, you have 24hrs to email support@beautybyburrh.com to cancel your order. After 24hrs, the processing and fulfillment timeline begins and there are NO refunds.
    • Due to the nature of the supply chain, there MAY be delays beyond our control. Any delays will be communicated by email.
    • For custom orders (colors, cuts, styles, etc), please note that customizations are up to the artistic expression of Beauty By Burrh LLC and will NOT be 100% replica of the request. All efforts will be made to match the request as close as possible but there will be NO refunds due to variations in customization.
    • Ordering process for hair orders:
    1. Order is paid for on website.
    Custom orders are highly recommended to communicate BEFORE order payment to confirm customizations (colors, cuts, etc) otherwise it will be processed and fulfilled as pictured/described.
    2. You will receive a confirmation email. You have 24hrs to notify regarding any errors and submit the order verification form.
    3. Processing period of 3-5 business days begins. Business days are Monday-Friday and do NOT include holidays or weekends.
    4. Your order is created and fulfilled within 10-21 business days.
    5. You will receive a tracking number by email.
    6. Your package is dropped off to the selected carrier from your order.
