What types of payments do you accept?
We accept a variety of payments:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- Shop Pay
- Installment payments - Klarna, Sezzle, Shop Pay (powered by Affirm), AfterPay and Zip pay.
- For Shop Pay (powered by Affirm): Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners:affirm.com/lenders. How long will it take to receive my order?
These are the terms and conditions as it relates to placing an order with Beauty By Burrh LLC*

Hair Orders
- Each item is made to order unless labeled as "Ready to Ship".
- Processing time is 3-5 business days.
- Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include holidays or weekends.
- Please allow 10-21 business days after processing for your hair order to be fulfilled.
- During sales and holiday periods, order processing time is extended 1-5 business days.
- In order to help protect your orders, all hair orders will be signature required and include shipping insurance. ANY issues with delivery & shipping AFTER fulfillment is the responsibility of you (the buyer) and needs to be directed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). Beauty By Burrh LLC is not responsible for packages after drop off to the carrier.
- Please make note of processing times for hair and nail orders. Once confirmed, combination orders cannot be separated and WILL be shipped together, once all items in the order are ready.
- There are NO refunds on any orders.
- If there are any errors in your order, you have 24hrs to email support@beautybyburrh.com to cancel your order. After 24hrs, the processing and fulfillment timeline begins and there are NO refunds.
- Due to the nature of the supply chain, there MAY be delays beyond our control. Any delays will be communicated by email.
- For custom orders (colors, cuts, styles, etc), please note that customizations are up to the artistic expression of Beauty By Burrh LLC and will NOT be 100% replica of the request. All efforts will be made to match the request as close as possible but there will be NO refunds due to variations in customization.
- Ordering process for hair orders:
Nail Orders
- A sizing kit is required before your first order and is highly recommended for different shapes, lengths than previously ordered.
- Each item is made to order unless labeled as "Ready to Ship".
- Processing time is 3-5 business days.

- Please allow 7-10 business days after processing for nail orders to be fulfilled.

How do I choose the right size for my wig?
To choose the right size for your glueless wig, start with a flat foundation such as 8-10 braids straight back.
Next, take your measurements using a flexible tape measure and find your size on the chart below. If in between sizes, it's best to size up.
The most popular size is a medium.
How do I care for my glueless wig?
Taking care of your glueless wig is easy! Just think of it like you would your own hair. Before washing, gently detangle your wig with a wide-tooth comb or brush.
For natural hair colored wigs, you can use a clarifying shampoo, while colored wigs should be washed with a color safe shampoo. How do I order a custom set of press on nails?
If you have a design in mind or want to discuss pricing and design possibilities beforehand, feel free to send us an email and we'll be happy to help.
If you already know what you want and are ready to order, simply add a picture and choose your colors when adding your set of custom press on nails to the cart.
Please note that all of our nail sets require custom sizing, so be sure to either order a sizing kit in advance or include one with your custom nail set order. Once you've sized your nails, just send us your sizes before we start working on your custom order.
